Yimo Cao

Viscera​ is the creative product of a two-year-long Capstone project done in the sophomore and junior years of high school. It is a collection of short stories with a central theme of non-traditional horror born out of laughs, stolen hours of sleep, and tears. While there are currently more tidbits the author is working on, please take the time to immerse yourself in each story fully, examine your own fears, and allow room to simply feel.

Yimo Cao is a young writer currently in her senior year of high school. She's always trying not to get too existential about everything in her life, and while she fails most of the time, she finds an outlet through music, reading, doodling---anything art-related, really. When she's not busy studying to be an academic weapon or staring at her ceiling in thought, you can find her laughing with friends. Or passed out from lack of sleep.
